We arrange visits by phone. Pricing follows the rodent walk-through once the scope is clear, and it covers only the work described when you hear it.
Outcomes depend on the building, which species is present and whether each entry is sealed. We state our expectations honestly and promise nothing that relies on matters outside our control, such as the property next door.
Health matters.
Follow the safety steps on our pages and on the CDC pages linked at their foot when you handle droppings or nests. Any worry about your own health belongs with a physician, because we cannot judge personal risk.
